IWCOA District Meetings Agenda

Business to be conducted
1.  Select the Districts'"Coach of the Year" award for Classes 1A, 2A, and 3A.                      
2.  Select the Districts' "Official of the Year".
3.  Select an "Athletic Director of the Year" from your district for supporting wrestling.
4.  Elect a Coach and an Official to serve as the district chairmen for 2009-2010.
5.  Discuss rules and regulations which your district wishes to have presented at coaches advisory meeting with the IHSAA in April.

IMPORTANT: All nominations must be made by mail, fax or e-mail, and only the top four candidates in each category will be put on the ballot for consideration. All coaches and officials who are members of the IWCOA  may  make nominations within their district. SUGGESTION: We are attempting to get e-mail addresses for all coaches and officials in each district. The district meeting might be a good place to collect names and e-mail addresses.  Use a lined notebook and pass it around during your meeting and have all coaches and officials present write their (1) name  (2) home phone number & (3) e-mail address on one line.  Maybe some day we will be able to send messages to all coaches and officials by just clicking the mouse.  It will also give you an exact count on your meeting attendance.
