INSTRUCTIONS:
Please fill out the electronic form to the best of your knowledge. Usernames can be any length (preferably less than 20 characters), but please avoid using special characters or spaces. The same holds true for passwords. Both the username and password are case-sensitive so remember which letters you capitalize.

A Full Access subscription is a subscription to the website's Full Access area and is $20 for a year.

An Ultimate Ticket subscription is a subscription to the website Full Access area for a year and a year (10 issues) of The Predicament newspaper and is $40. So it is $10 off the price if you were to purchase the newspaper and website subscriptions separately.

By filling out this form you agree not to give, loan, or distribute your username and password to anyone else. You also agree to not distribute in any form the Full Access content. Your service will be disconnected immediately without refund upon failure to abide by this agreement. We will be monitoring usage of the service to assist in detecting potential offenders.
