 For the third consecutive year, the conference championship came down to the final night, but in this chapter, it wasn't decided until the final bout of the night, as the No. 8 Loras wrestling team fell to No. 3 Wartburg, 23-16. Fifth-ranked Brice Everson set the tone early, upsetting top-ranked and returning national champion Brock Rathbun by decision, 8-3.

NOTABLES
Everson flipped the script on Rathbun, overcoming a defeat earlier the season at the Concordia Wisconsin Open
Clint Lembeck improved to 6-4 this season with his fifth win by bonus points ... His only win that didn't come with bonus points was against Aaron Meyer of Iowa at the Flash Flanagan Open
Patron Jr. improved to 15-2 with his ninth consecutive win, including his eighth straight via bonus points
